Today I slept in all the way until 9am after going to bed at 2am. After I got up and ate breakfast I helped Nicky clean up the mess from the party. We were planning on doing a workout to work off the pizza and chocolate cake from last night. Instead we ate 3 more slices of pizza and chocolate cake for lunch. Then I worked on my reflection assignment for Nutrition Education. I sat around and watched some tv until it was time for dinner. I went to the IGA to buy supplies for tacos. Turns out they do not have taco seasoning, at all! So when I got back home I had to get a little creative on the spices to make it work. The tacos turned out great. Over here is a sauce called Sweet Chili Sauce. I put that on the tacos as well. Delicious. I need to bring some back with me to the US.
After dinner we took off to Belinda's birthday celebration at the Burswood Casino.
In the casino there is a hotel, casino area, sports bar, and 2 clubs. It was a lot of fun. We hung out at a place called The Minq. Unfortunately there wasn't really a dance floor. So we just sat around and talked and poor Belinda had to drink a lot of cocktails. She was pretty happy go lucky though.
